حدّثنا شكل المنصة لتحسين التجربة. إذا تغيّر المظهر وصعُب عليك إيجاد التمارين (Practice) أو ظهر تقدّمك بشكل مختلف، إليك ما يساعدك:

افتح صفحة المقرر من «مقرراتي»، ثم ادخل على الوحدة المطلوبة وستجد التمارين (Practice) داخلها. إذا لم تظهر، حدّث الصفحة وتأكّد أنك على أحدث إصدار للموقع.

بعد التحديث قد يختلف عرض نسبة الإنجاز أو عدد «المفاتيح» المكتملة مؤقتاً أثناء مزامنة بياناتك. سجّل الخروج ثم الدخول مرة أخرى وحدّث الصفحة. إذا بقي تقدّمك ناقصاً أو غير صحيح بعد ذلك، راسلنا مع رقمك الجامعي واسم الوحدة وصورة للشاشة لنتحقق منه.

الإصدار الجديد هو المعتمد، ولا يمكن العودة للشكل القديم. إن كان هناك زرٌّ أو خيار لم تعد تجده، راسلنا واذكر ما تبحث عنه وسنرشدك لمكانه الجديد.

We updated the platform’s look to improve the experience. If the layout changed and it’s hard to find Practice, or your progress looks different, here’s what helps:

Open your course from “My Learning,” then enter the unit you need — Practice is inside it. If it doesn’t appear, refresh the page and make sure you’re on the latest version of the site.

After the update, your completion percentage or number of completed “keys” may display differently for a short time while your data syncs. Log out and back in, then refresh. If your progress still looks missing or wrong, reply with your university ID, the unit name, and a screenshot so we can check it.

The new version is the current one and the old layout can’t be restored. If there’s a button or option you can no longer find, reply telling us what you’re looking for and we’ll point you to its new location.
