إذا ظهر لك خطأ مثل #NAME? أو لم تُرجِع الدالة نتيجة أثناء حل تمرين أو اختبار، فغالباً يكون السبب في طريقة كتابة الصيغة. جرّب الخطوات التالية بالترتيب:
تأكّد من كتابة اسم الدالة بشكل صحيح وبالإنجليزية (مثل =PV، =FV، =RATE)؛ خطأ #NAME? يعني عادةً أن النظام لم يتعرّف على اسم الدالة.
تأكّد أن لوحة المفاتيح بالإنجليزية عند كتابة الصيغة، وأن الفاصلة بين المُدخلات صحيحة.
ابدأ الصيغة بعلامة «=» وتجنّب المسافات الزائدة أو الأقواس الناقصة.
أعد كتابة الخلية من جديد، أو حدّث الصفحة وأعد المحاولة.

If you see an error like #NAME? or a function returns no result while solving a practice item or exam, the cause is usually how the formula is typed. Try these in order:
Check the function name is spelled correctly and in English (e.g.
=PV,=FV,=RATE). A #NAME? error usually means the function name wasn’t recognized.Make sure your keyboard is in English when typing the formula, and that commas between inputs are correct.
Start the formula with “=”, and avoid extra spaces or missing brackets.
Re-type the cell, or refresh the page and try again.
If the error repeats across more than one question, take a screenshot showing the formula and the error, and reply here with your university ID and the practice/exam name so our team can investigate it technically.
