فتح الواجب وحلّه
افتح الوحدة من صفحة المقرر، واختر الواجب أو الاختبار القصير، ثم ابدأ الحل. تابع المدة المتبقية وعدد المحاولات المسموح بها قبل البدء.
لا يتم إرسال إجاباتي / تظهر رسالة بعدم الاتصال بالإنترنت
إذا ظهرت رسالة مثل «الإجابات غير متصلة بالإنترنت» أو لم يكتمل التسليم: تحقّق من اتصالك بالشبكة، وتجنّب شبكات الواي‑فاي الضعيفة، ثم حدّث الصفحة وأعد المحاولة دون إغلاق الواجب. إن تكرّر ذلك، التقط صورة للرسالة وراسلنا مع رقمك الجامعي واسم الواجب فوراً حتى نتحقق منه قبل انتهاء الوقت.
فاتني واجب وأريد فرصة تعويض
إعادة فتح الواجبات ومنح فرص التعويض يعودان لإدارة المقرر وأستاذ المادة، لا لفريق الدعم. أرسل طلبك لأستاذ المقرر موضّحاً المادة (مثل «حسب ٢٠٢») والواجب الفائت وسببه. يسعدنا توجيهك، لكن قرار التعويض بيد المقرر.

Opening and solving an assignment
Open the unit from your course page, choose the assignment or quiz, and start. Check the remaining time and the number of allowed attempts before you begin.
My answers won’t submit / I get a “not connected to the internet” message
If you see a message like “answers not connected to the internet” or the submission doesn’t complete: check your network connection, avoid weak Wi‑Fi, then refresh and retry without closing the assignment. If it keeps happening, screenshot the message and reply with your university ID and the assignment name right away so we can check it before time runs out.
I missed an assignment and want a make-up
Reopening assignments and granting make-up chances are decided by the course administration and your instructor, not the support team. Send your request to your course instructor, stating the course (e.g. “HSB 202”), the missed assignment, and the reason. We’re glad to point you in the right direction, but the make-up decision rests with the course.
