تحصل عند انضمامك على ١٤ يوماً مجاناً لاستخدام المنصة بالكامل. بعد انتهائها يلزم الدفع لمواصلة الوصول. يُفضّل الدفع مبكراً لتجنّب توقّف الدخول وقت المذاكرة أو قبيل الاختبار.

إذا توقف وصولك بعد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية أو الاشتراك، فأكمل عملية الدفع من صفحة الاشتراك ليُستعاد الوصول مباشرة. إذا دفعت ولم يُفتح الوصول، راسلنا مع اسمك ورقمك الجامعي وصورة لإيصال الدفع.

تُدرَس طلبات التمديد حالة بحالة (مثل طلاب المنح ممّن لا تتوفر لديهم مكافأة). للطلب، راسلنا هنا موضّحاً سبب الطلب ورقمك الجامعي وموعد اختبارك القادم، وسنحوّل طلبك للجهة المختصة. لا نضمن الموافقة، لكننا سنردّ عليك.

When you join, you get 14 days of full free access. After that, payment is required to continue. Pay early to avoid losing access while studying or right before an exam.

If access stopped after your trial or subscription ended, complete payment from the subscription page to restore access immediately. If you paid but access didn’t open, reply here with your name, university ID, and a screenshot of the payment receipt.

Extension requests are reviewed case by case (for example, scholarship students without a stipend). To request one, reply here with the reason, your university ID, and your upcoming exam date, and we’ll forward it to the right team. Approval isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll get back to you.
